Gilroy Gardens
Groupon spurred a trip to Gilroy Gardens today. An hour drive to get there and 1.5 hours back home… with 4 hours of rides, ice cream and sunshine in between. “Tata” (Auntie) came to visit all the way from South Africa. So we had a little photo session one day.
Kingley’s Birthday
We spent the a wonderful birthday at the “miniature” trains. The kids love it as much as the adults did.
Pool
The weather has been nice and hot recently and we’ve been making the most of the pool. Rio loves being in his little floater and Nash can’t get enough of jumping into the pool and learning to swim.
Grandma aka Abue
Grandma/Abue was visiting and Nash and Rio had a great time playing with her. We took the opportunity to take some pictures and, with the help of Abue’s steady eyes and hands, even managed to get some photos of the 4 of us together.
Brynn’s Birthday
We went to the Bay Area Discovery Museum for Brynn’s Birthday and the kids had a blast. They ran around, played with toys, built towers, painted on the walls and, of course, ate cake.
Emmy’s Birthday
Emmy just turned 4 and she had a super fun party at Lemos Farm. Nash rode the ponies for the first time and he was already looking like a pro. Lemos Farm is great for the kids. There are tons of things for them to do. From feeding animals, to pony rides to bouncy castles. [...]
Lily-Rose’s Birthday
Lily-Rose turned 2 and she had a grand party in the woods. The cakes that Pippa baked were amazing! Lily-Rose is into Pandas so Pippa made her two big Panda cakes.
Noah’s Birthday
Noah turned 2 and we all got together for some fun, food and a bit of magic.
Big Brother/Little Brother
We had a short but successful photoshoot at home. The kids weren’t the happiest and nobody was feeling the best, but we managed to distract them long enough to be able to capture a few nice moments. Suzanne went to Vancouver with Rio and that left Nash and myself free to go camping. It was super nice spending time together making a tent and sleeping outdoor
